The bucket is going to be mounted further away from the stick so you are going to loose a bit on breakout force but.
No need to cut off existing QA "ears" and weld on others. There are also QA that clamp onto the existing pins of your buckets, you just leave the pins in it on every bucket/ripper/grapple etc and you are good to go. I have CW3 on my Liebherr wheeled excavator and i use the same buckets i used on my previous, a Caterpillar. It comes in various sizes CW0 for the smaller machines to CW4 for the big tracked excavators. I think the CAT quick attach nowadays come from them or at least are identical to theirs. Verachtert makes quick attach for all makes and models of excavators, wheel loaders etc. (BUCKET PINS ARE NOT INCLUDED) Weight: 335.10 lbs. Think of it this way, a quick coupler designed to handle the stess of a 5 metric ton machine would reduce the lift/dig capacity of a 1.7mt machine by more than 50%. The breakout forces change too drastically to be cost effective. a 1mt machine from Deere won't fit a 3mt machine and that won't fit a 5mt machine even in the same brant. Cat won't fit Bobcat won't fit Deere, etc.

Bobcat X331 Specs: Operating Weight: 7,538 lbs. We also manufacture attachments with the Bobcat X-Change Hanger. Some of these products include: Digging Buckets, Micro Trenching Buckets, Frost Ripper Teeth and more. I would go for the standard if one was available. Rhinox offer a wide range of Buckets and Attachments to suit the Bobcat X331 Mini Excavator. I have a little trencher/backhoe combo and I am wanting a quick attach to change buckets faster. Is there a standard design for mini excavator bucket quick attach. So they end up jamming, banging, incorretly fitting buckets etc only for them to break something or come off unexpectedly. Another flaw is here in Australia it's not really a common hitch.so if you have different operators on the machine on a regular basis then they have no idea how the hitch works as opposed to the conventional hitch. Augers are ideal for digging holes for posts, piers poles or trees. Zero Tail Swing (ZTS) provides unrestricted rotation, greater flexibility and reduced potential for damage to the machine and surrounding property. The other most obvious flaw is the fact that you can't turn the bucket around. Part of the R-Series, the Bobcat® E35 compact (mini) excavator is a popular choice in the 3-ton size class. Then they start jamming in or out of the hitch itself. This Bobcat E35 X-CHANGE bucket offers superior digging capability and remarkable breakout strength, making it the ideal choice for tough applications. They really shouldn't have a real lot of up and down movement exerted on them. Product Description: This 12' / 300mm Rhinox heavy duty digging bucket is designed specifically to fit the Bobcat E35 X-CHANGE mini Excavator. The pins are only really there to lock the bucket in place. If your refering to the hitch with the two hooks and the two hydraulic pins that lock into the boss's on the bucket etc.then yea.had a number of problems. The problem with this design is that when the 'cradle' area of the hitch wears or that particular section on the bucket wears.then the little hydraulic pins take all the brunt of the machine.
